The Butternut Squash Tortelli from Trattoria Bella is as tasty as it is beautiful. Made with Butter, Sage, Parmigiano, and Crispy Brussels scattered perfectly around the plate. The presentation is stunning.
This place is one of my local favorites. I have been a regular since Trattoria Bella opened on Palm Bay Road in 2021. It has become my favorite place to bring friends and family when they visit town.
What should you expect at Trattoria Bella?
Be ready for a full dining experience in a homey setting. My favorite places to sit are out on the patio on a nice weekend day or at sunset. Inside, you can dine at various tables, including some that look straight out of your family dining room.
After being seated, one of the servers will greet you with fresh bread, olive oil, and glasses of water. While I have enjoyed much of the menu at Trattoria Bella, this day I craved something indulgent. So, of course, I ordered the Butternut Squash Tortellini and the Wild Mushroom Truffle Pappardelle.

Yes, each Tortellini did taste as good as it looked. I also enjoyed a nice Espresso with my brunch.
