Next time you visit Paradise Beach in Indialantic, Florida, stop by the Paradise Treats Food Truck. Parked near the entrance to the beach, it’s hard to miss. If you think they are your standard cheese-steak food truck, you are in for a surprise. Yeah, they offer the classic cheese-steaks, burgers, and fries, but they also make some truly tasty and unique creations.

I ordered the avocado steak bowl on a whim one day, and boy, was I impressed. They knocked it out of the park with the flavors, colors, and combination of a few unique ingredients.

Simple Ingredients, Deliciousness Combination…

On a base of white rice, they top their signature steak with avocado, crispy fried onions, and seaweed salad. They drizzle a pair of creamy, yummy sauces as well. Together, the avocado and seaweed create a refreshing “tropical” flavor. The fried onions work with the seaweed to give a satisfying crunch. The textures in this dish are out of this world!

Once you grab a steak bowl and a drink, head down to the beach to build the experience. There are also shady tables available, and showers nearby to wash off the sand.

Paradise Beach is free to park and has everything you need for a fun Beach day with the family. It’s also one of the few beaches in Indialantic, FL, where the ocean rocks have been removed. This means more swimming and less worrying!
